THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY (DAMAGED/DEFECTED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED).
In case the article you received is damaged, defected, incomplete, or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed for every customer. The product will be exchanged for another, and we will bear the shipping costs in this case.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM?
An exchange or return is applicable only when:

  • Your request for return and exchange is sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Goods are purchased ONLY through https://kaccreation.com/
  • The product tags/insert card are intact.

You can request an exchange if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product received.
  • You are not satisfied with the color or fabric.

Customers will have to pay all shipping expenses in this case.
Please note that you cannot apply for a return or exchange if the items have any stains, emit body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages, or water stains.

CAN I GET A CASH REFUND INSTEAD?
Kaccreation does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (coupon) or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
